There's demand for this right now because of network congestion but there are users who don't want to expose their transaction and might as well leave your Telegram handle or allow private communication to send the transaction.
Its better to also leave your addresses for tipping not only Bitcoin but other Coins/tokens

And also leave a disclaimer because even if it's a free accelerator there's no guarantee of time of confirmation, people might blame you if they are not getting a good result.
