It is an strategy that cannot work in an effective way for them indefinitely, as long as they keep their brand or their name. They more people they scam, more money they need to reach people who are not aware of their bad reputation.

The more people they reach and scam it becomes less likely they can continue to scam the same people again and considering the total population of gamblers in the planet is not infinite, I would say it is just matter of time before they abandon their current name and start again to continue scamming, under a new one.

If they were based in an actual democracy and place of law and order they would have gotten sued long time ago.
