As the image is loaded first here on the forum, when we get to the LoyceV website the image appears.
That shouldn't matter, the image on the forum runs through ip.bitcointalk.org and has nothing to do with the above link.
Not exactly. By chance I already spoke as theymos and he said the following:
So if you send caching headers, this will be passed to the end-user so that their browser caches, but the forum's image proxy will never cache.
Either way, I have the server configured as a hotlink, but other configurations may be generating conflicts in some cases. I'm checking.
