Sorry to hear about it. But yeah during the kyc verification you can not access the account as I know.
I hope blackjack.funcan do something about this. I experienced to undergo KYC before here and being inaccessible the site is during this process is really frustrating since you can’t access the chat support to follow up the request. His blunt accusation probably due to the frustration of not seeing his account updates.
I think that it can be improved if the casino is still accessible but players betting capability will be disabled until the KYC procedure is finished somthat user can still browse their account. It may cause some panic attack to the newbie experiencing a long KYC process and only the KYC notification screen is available. Btw this suggestion is based on my experience with different casinos during the KYC procedures.
