How are you going to prevent the underage gambling?

How an underage person is going to buy bitcoin?

All the exchanges who accept fiat to buy bitcoin require KYC and if they see a minor the exchange is just going to close the account

I have seen adults get scam with P2P exchanges so the probabilities of an underage using a P2P exchange is low

Also is the responsibility of the parents to see what their child do online they can also be accessing adult sites
Well, you are very right, and I agree that it is indeed the duty of the parents to make sure of what their under-aged wards do online, personally, if not that the world we live in today have really changed, I don't see what or why an under-aged should even own a smart phone in the first place.

There are several under-aged gamblers in my area here, how do they buy bitcoin, or any other type of cypto? They simply register and pass kyc on the exchange using a document belonging to an older relative who is not into crypto, and this are the type of persons who always avoid casinos where kyc is mandatory,  so in as much as I agree with you, i think that question is very important.

By that same logic they can use the same older relative documents in a KYC casino

Also if a parent or an older relative let their kid use their credit card to buy bitcoin that parent should be asking questions or holding that bitcoin if the child said is for invest

OP, this question asked is very important. In as much as you are a KYC free casino atleast there should be some level of protection from allowing kids to get online gambling through your platform. How do you plan to handle that situation because there is no way you can say your casino is a free KYC casino and in the Long run you start noticing some suspicious activities and you would not hesitate to take actions in safeguarding your casino. I believe you must definitely request for it when such event occurs so therefore it is as good as you telling us fine we would request for a KYC when such is noticed rather than telling us about parental control over kids do you not know how smart and wise kids of this generation are?
Do well to answer that question?

We are KYC free always

The first line of protection is the KYC from the exchanges they can't just take their parents credit card and buy bitcoin and if they have a debit card the processor is not going to pass the transactions because is a card of a minor.

Is the parents responsibility what their child do online and i'm sure no parent in their right mind will give their child a passport without asking questions

OP, I understand your concern but that does not answer the question. If I may ask you, have you ever experienced your child playing smart on you? Sorry if this sounds odd as I do not know your marital status neither do I know your identity but it remains the truth. Let us say for instance a child tries everything possible to get bitcoin through P2P maybe from a friend or else where and succeeded in it, will you say this is a Crypto exchange they both it from? You have no idea and possibly can not really know where they bought it from even if you trace it, it still remains the same way OP. You really do not have clue on tackling this I guess.

Yes i have experience when a child tries playing smart to me and still i am smarter than him, he is just a child XD

If a parent give money to a child they will ask questions, or do you handle your child $100 without asking what's for ?

also the odds of someone selling Bitcoin to a child are really low, P2P is still full of scammers and they usually do $100 minimum purchase
