That's probably the most important part to highlight on this thread, which also why I suggested OP to wait for the system to reverse it. I believe it has not been more than 24 hours since OP reached to bc.games customer support --if OP ever did-- as the transaction itself happened in less than 24 hours ago, as evidenced by the
screenshot of the receipt by OP.
