Encountered zero problems so far (all payouts quickly processed) but my most recent withdrawal from 4 days ago is still pending. I already asked live chat on Saturday and they said they would inform finance department of it but so far it's still pending. I'm not sure if you don't process withdrawals in the weekends or if there was some technical error and I need to request the payout once again? Please let me know, or simply process the payout if there are no issues. After I received the funds I will continue gambling.

Okay, I can report that 1 hour ago, after 6 days of waiting, I finally received the withdrawal. I hope (and think) this was a one off big delay and from now on things will go smoothly again.Thanks for your offer to help.

Hey Betnomi, here on April 26th I reported that my payout was processed after 6 days. So I thought these delayed payouts were behind us, and ever since I had 2 more payouts swiftly processed within hours. But now we are back to delayed payouts because I have one pending for 3,5 days already. Can you please process that one and make sure that in the future payouts will never take longer than max 24 hours? I think that's reasonable to ask.
