What is the reason they gave you to ban your account? I can see in one of your screenshots that they asked you to fulfil KYC: did you do it? There is no proof there that you didn't abuse their terms or your KYC was valid, and your explanation on the case is very short.
Of course, 20k is an important sum of money and you must feel really angry, but to accuse a well known casino here you should provide more evidence. I hope it will be solved, but if the ban was permanent it doesn't look good.

Do you have any proof that your KYC was approved? Maybe they sent you email about it? After they approved did they ban your account or was there a different trigger that occurred?
My next questions would be on the crypto trading, did you use any bots or outside technology to execute trades? Some more details on this would be helpful. I see you told them you are a Korean youtuber, would you have any videos of your trades or anything to help this case out?
I also have had issues with Rollbit recently banning my account for 'Sportsbook abuse' but want to look at your case as objectively as possible and get the facts first.
