I wanted to see the progress of your case when you sent your problem via their service support email, I don't think it will be resolved, did you see the OP's account and many people in this thread tagged this site as full of scams, I hope you check it again, no no one recommends anyone play on this site because most of the community forbids beginners to approach this site.

I do not guarantee that your problem will be solved, but I would love to hear from you once again how their response and response is regarding your case whether it will be resolved and solved or like other cases that are just left like that and then they take your money
