I want to know what they consider abuse? I also want to know if they plan on changing their bonus system as it is clearly flawed if they allow users to place bets that they consider abuse.

Here's a crazy idea, what if players don't deliberately abuse a site, steal money from said abuse, and then come and cry here and win over people like you who'll throw out a red trust right away? Crazy, huh. It's extremely tiresome that people around here claim to want honesty, fairness, trust and so on but whenever a shady claim comes up it's always the usual suspects spamming the thread with massive outcry when in like 90% of cases it turns out that the user was in the wrong (obviously there are exceptions with some scam casinos/sportsbooks). I have seen you yahoo, and many other trusted members of this forum go all CIA style in their questioning and hostility towards any service provider that dares spend time on this forum and then when it turns out they were right there's never any apologies, there's never any tries of making things right it's just "Oh well, on to the next one I guess, at least we could have saved this guy if he indeed had been scammed". Why are half of my clients asking me to deal with any sort of relations on this forum because they just get bombarded unlike anywhere else with threats, bad comments and spam when they show their face here?

Keep it up and eventually we'll only have the actual scammers be here and interact with the community while also lining their pockets with advertisement money.

"How does it matter that the player was in profit or not" - pfft. Give me a break, yahoo. No service provider, regardless of what field they operate in, have to give you and everyone else here an explanation every time they catch someone for abuse. A detailed explanation can be given to a mediator which is the reason there are mediators out there. Just let them handle it and stop being so horny for attention or approval.
