Basically, yes.
This is a casinos which has a long story of blocking people's accounts without any reason at all,.once you cannot log in, they calways send you to their secretory department so they can slap on your face that they will have to stop all collaboration with you, because some random rule you allegely broke, which in most of the cases is false.

Sorry for your loss, by the way. I hope it was not all your money and you did not need it to pay for vital expenses like food or shelter.
