Well if you are not trying to make a scene then perhaps the only way is to ask them nicely again and probably ask them to return your funds with the promise of leaving the site forever? Pretty sure they would let you do that and its much better than having them seize your account. Probably they dont really allow sportsbettor to bet like and somehow make money from the rakeback though
If there is any abuse the casino won't allow you to get your funds back as they have stated earlier also even if you ask them because the player is at wrong side and they have taken action against him by seizing the funds.But yes if the casino finds it suitable they can close the matter by returning funds also if they liked.
That is why they "check", that's the whole process is all about. If you did nothing wrong then they are going to end up checking and seeing if you are doing anything wrong or not, which is understandable and I can see why they would do that. If you did nothing wrong then they are going to end up with paying you the money and allow you to withdraw it easily, but to understand someone did nothing wrong, first they need to check it and see if that's actually the case.
However, if you did something wrong then they are going to keep that money and in order to be able to see that, they have to halt the actions of that account first, check it, and figure out what's wrong, and they will tell the customer what was the abuse they did and just keep the money. That's how it is in every casino.
