The government jobs are very demanding and consuming as also private job, infact, earning money has always been a tough job and as regards to be a successful in life, well, that may depend upon with their attitude, behavior skills, educational competence and an attitude to perform. the government job provides us many facilities which was beneficial for lifetime but we have to work under the government and should follow all the rules and regulation. I think we should not wait for government job only we have many opportunity to start our own business and be your own boss.
It seems easy to say to start a business immediately so that you'll be your own boss, but it is difficult to do if you don't have the capability mentally or financially to do it. Also, with government jobs, I would say that it is the least stressful job that I've ever had because you can do it in your own time and not be busy about it. There is no monthly performance evaluation; if there is, it can be easily manipulated. That is why it is very stress-free to have a job there, but the consequence of that is that you don't grow, you don't acquire new skills, and you feel stagnant there.
Sometimes theory alone isn't enough in this case and indeed as you say, it's easy enough to say things like that, but basically when this is done the work is even if we can't manage it properly then everything won't turn out right.
Doing business is indeed a very good thing, but the problem is that when we talk about doing business, we also know we have to have the qualifications there. and doing it directly without having real qualifications in business is clearly the same as suicide because of the fact that we need more learning in this matter because we are of course aware that everything without careful planning and without more knowledge about that field will only make things difficult for ourselves in the end .
