the problem of addiction and especially in slot games is quite easy if as long as you are not yet a gambling addict try to set your mind pattern. I mean addiction comes from a mindset like believing from slot games to get big multipliers and get a lot of money, that is a very serious mistake and must be removed from the mindset and think more about slot games as a place of entertainment.
secondly, set a budget before playing slot games and choose from providers that are more economical or games that have a lower minimum amount such as the Booming Game provider.
so that when you use a small budget that is planned to be ready to lose, everything will be fine and you won't feel disappointed when you lose and avoid addiction.
While that is a good advice I think that the very first thing someone should do if they feel as if they are losing control of their ability to restrain themselves is to stop gambling completely, they need to do this for a few months and once they finally believe they have regained that strength then they can follow your advice and place strict limits on their gambling activity, if they do this then the possibility they will even get close to become an addict will be very low.
It may sound easy but it isn't, you can't stay away from something that you like for so long no matter what. Others may say that you can do it and it is very easy but you are the only one who understands that you can't do it, so if someone has got even a little bit addicted to gambling, they won't be able to keep themselves away for months.

One should have a limit from the start so that they don't get addicted, and even if they get a little bit addicted, they should have a limited budget and shouldn't give themselves access to more funds so that they don't gamble away a lot of money in a certain period of time.
It is true is not easy but at the same time it has to be done, humans have to do all kind of things we do not like and yet we still do them, an example of this is exercise, I do not like exercising at all and I hate that feeling of fatigue I get after it, but I still do it because I know it is a good thing for my long term health, then if someone is experimenting some gambling issues, as hard as it could be to remain away from casinos they have to do it, as it is the best thing for them to do at that moment.
It is indeed the irony of life, when on the normal, people are supposed to find it easier to stay aways from gambling casinos, but still baffles me how addiction turns the table around, and make things that are easier to do much difficult, and then make things that are harder/difficult to do much more easier.

For me, it takes me much time to decide to gamble, even when I have the hunger for it, I still can only gamble on a day or week I have extra money possibly due to less expenses and all that..

And that example of exercising, that's so true, it pretty amuses me how we tend to find it easier to do things that are not important for our well being, compare to things are will keep us in good health mentally and physically.
