I casually looked at trustpilot's reviews [1], it seems that support will care more there especially one star reviews. Just look, they seem to be actively answering some user complaints even the last 3 days ago. Don't know if one of them is your review, if not then you should try to write something there.

You are right based on BCGame response they addressed 95% of negative reviews but take notice about BCGame there are many fake reviews possibly these are positive reviews because they are active on TrustPilot they want to generate good reviews here but the complaints are accumulating, and these are real reviews, good that Trustpilot is quick to take out fake reviews.1. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/bc.game?stars=1
