This is probably one of the worst advices I saw in a while... you should NEVER send your private keys or seed phrase with email!You should also not record it in any digital form or google docs, this is even worse... little song?! No, don't complicate things and make up wheel all over again
Seed phrases or private keys should ideally be generated offline and written on paper with multiple backups, and additional optional passphrase for additional security.
