The season is nearly over for Chelsea and there is no hope for them to take a better place in the league this season, Chelsea lost points against the teams they should normally win without a problem, and the three remaining games for Chelsea are almost the hardest games because they have to face Manchester City, Macnshter United, and Newcastle while all these teams had good performance recently.
Chelsea must learn from the mistakes that have occurred this season and make important lessons to make changes in the next season, and preferably immediately, to get the best coach because, until now, the problem at Chelsea has been that they haven't found a coach that suits Chelsea's wishes. Chelsea are currently in the top eleven at the top of the standings, which is a pretty bad result this season.
The problem is that with their current condition they still don't have time to think about the future because of course right now their condition is quite precarious where they have to face 3 tough opponents in the remaining matches they have.
As much as possible they should try to get points in these remaining matches because otherwise the worst possibility is Chelsea will be taken for granted after this actually happened due to their poor performance.
