Defintely a desperate move (or just dgaf) to swipe for $30 but I think that already became evident when the Playtoshis with 0.001 funding were swiped.

Yes exactly. And it's super annoying since a timelock-coin concept is so cool, but in a way it's even more trust based because there is no way to sweep before a certain point in time. So even when it's already eveident that the maker has gone rogue there is really nothing you can do to protect your funds.

The only way to go with timelock is probably to create them yourself.
