Hi Stakecoin people,

After long time good news is on their way...
I have tested a new Linux client for Stakecoin on Ubuntu and LinuxMint.
This last Linux distribution supports small form factor Intel-Atom processor and I can run my three favorite crypto wallet clients smoothly!
These small form factor energy efficient thin clients Intel-Atom and Intel-Celeron are the baritone of my vision for the future of blockchain.

The black one is a Intel-Celeron with 4GB, the big on is the intel-Aton 4-core 4GB thin client.

This are the three QT snap clients running on the Intel-Atom thin client.

To install Linux snap clients on Linux Mint check: https://snapcraft.io/docs/installing-snap-on-linux-mint

sudo mv /etc/apt/preferences.d/nosnap.pref ~/Documents/nosnap.backup

sudo apt update

sudo apt install snapd

sudo reboot

Then you can install the Stakecoin Linux client:

sudo snap install stakecoind

After install you can easily bootstrap the blockchain

stakecoind.bootstrap
Fil in username
password
network etc
go
When finish after about 30 minutes depending your network speed you can start the QT-wallet from the applications menu or
Code:
stakecoind -daemon

Chack the status:
Code:
stakecoind.client getinfo

Enjoy using this new way to stake you Stakecoin.
