Xavi Hernandez has had a great season with his Barcelona side and must be highly commended for his great tactical works in the club. When Barcelona signed him to become the manager of their club last two summer, very few persons believed in him to deliver good football that was lacking in the team and that is what he's done in the last few seasons of his reign.
There should be a lot of clubs that need to learn a lot from Xavi when many people don't believe in him because of Barcelona's failure in CL and being eliminated there, so Barcelona don't need to change coaches unlike what other clubs have done for example Chelsea, they are getting worse and not improving after changing coaches as well as adding new players, Barcelonna is finding his game more and more and Xavi has shown that everything needs process.It's not that easy to make a club great in a short time so it takes time for Xavi to be able to make Barcelona more ready for CL next season, at least Barcelonna looks like they will succeed in winning the league this season
