I just noticed that the payment for week 173 has been sent since May 10th, but unfortunately it hasn't been confirmed even though it was broadcast 4 days ago.

Mempool.space seems to recommend a 19 sat/vB fee for low priority ^{[it has been lower than in previous days],} but that transaction has a 12 sat/vB fee. Just wondering, apart from being patient waiting for the fee to down lower, can accelerator also help in this case?

It's because the transaction fee is at around 11.8 sats/vbyte. I think we should practice patience as a virtue, especially with brands like BestChange. They have been with us here through thick and thin. The mempool is slowly but surely normalizing. Today I had some of my 15 sats/vB transactions get confirmed, this was only a dream a couple of days back.

Transaction "accelerators" like the one you suggested don't actually work. They just rebroadcast the transactions into the netork. Not including them, it in the next block

ViaBTC would work in this case, but the transaction is above the maximum transaction size (0.5KB) required for the free transaction accelerator.
