Mempool.space seems to recommend a 19 sat/vB fee for low priority [it has been lower than in previous days], but that transaction has a 12 sat/vB fee. Just wondering, apart from being patient waiting for the fee to down lower, can accelerator also help in this case?
Accelerators cannot help in this case, until the fee is below 12 sat/vB. As far as I can see, it is currently on the ~16 sat/v, so if this trend continues, there is a possibility that it will be realized in the next few hours. Try to accelerate this tx once when the fee is below 12sat/v.
What can be difficult is that Monday is coming, so there will be more new transactions that can raise the fee. At least as far as I have noticed, the cheapest transactions were always Saturday/Sunday.
I will leave this "

Why? Because the manager decided to save on transactions and pay 12 sat at a time when the commission was 300-400 sat per 1 byte? Not a single forum campaign puts such commissions on payment to its participants, everyone is trying to find compromises.
The campaign is one of the best and longest on the forum, but the manager cannot afford to pay an extra 20-30 bucks for a transaction? This somehow does not fit with the status of an elite campaign, which is attributed to this campaign.
I wouldn't lightly "accuse" a proven and one of the longest-running campaigns that they wanted to save $20 or $30 here. I am quite sure that it was not their intention to cause a delay in payment to 25 participants due to such an amount.
As far as I know, it is even more complicated for them that they have many inputs for these Bitcoins they send, plus everything goes through the legacy address.
