As we can see from #3554, blackjack.fun already solved it. I agree that this place is as legit as it gets, they are just doing a great job and that is why I like it this much. They have no huge team sponsorships, not formula teams, not basketball teams, nothing major and they are doing a great job growing and competing with all those who do these things.

Because they have been familiar, that's the important thing and most other places miss, those places are just gone into full business mode and nothing more. Here you can talk with the team, the staff are around here and as we can see they let us know, we hear it's solved from them directly, that is exactly what makes this place compete with the casinos who have tens of millions of dollars, because blackjack.fun cares and talks to us.

What you wrote is not correct. You can't trust this casino. They stole my money without even playing a single hand. After I made my first deposit, they simply banned my account. They didn't give me the option to do KYC at all. They just locked my account and stole the money. More than two months have passed since then and no one has sent me even an email with the reason for locking my account. No proof that I made a mistake or cheated the casino, and I couldn't because I didn't even get a chance to play at least one hand.

Sorry to say this but this casino is a big scam.
I suggest to make a formal scam accusation against this casino. You need to put screenshots and other information such as transaction id if you can't access your account. You can also put your conversation with the support of blackjack.fun or anything that will prove your point. Having a accusation like this will just do nothing as their reputation won't be affected and people here will just snob this baseless accusation. I'm pretty sure that they will reply to you if you put a proper scam accusation that will be noticed by the forum members knowing that they are protecting their reputation here and I'm positive that they will reach out to you if you made a valid point in your accusation.

Sorry, but maybe we don't understand each other. I have absolutely no saved conversation with the casino representative because they do not send any confirmation email during registration. After depositing money into my account (hash: https://tronscan.org/#/transaction/a89e0efada26f9f35a9e93941a34bb991eb223b76b28637f3a9d792033bbbcac ), I requested a bonus via live chat. Half an hour later my account was banned and I have no access. It's obvious that they stole my money and they don't want to give it back. Even if they suspect any problem with the account, they can't just take the money and not send a written explanation. There is not even a minimum of professionalism.

I have no intention of giving up until the casino representative contacts me and I can leave him the address of the wallet to which he will refund my deposit. If the OP classifies me as a gang then I too will consider blackjack.fun casino a scam.
