It's a human nature to sometimes experience an in denial stage because you need to absorb first that it is the reality, you gamble, so you lose your money. The problem is if you're desperate to get it back or would like to have someone to blame for the unfortunate situation that you are in, even if it's solely your decision to gamble your money. There are many gamblers with such behaviour so it is not unusual to see some accusations (without valid evidence) against the casino.
As I have said before, if you can't accept losing your money in gambling then don't gamble, this is to save yourself from headaches and stress.
I think that is a very common thing, it has happened to millions of people and they think it is "rigged" against them when the reality is that house edge is literally telling you that you will lose your money if you gamble. What do people expect when they gamble in a place that already tells you that you will lose it before you make your first bet, to win?
The more you gamble the higher chance it becomes for you to lose your money and you still think that casinos need to cheat you out of your money? Unfortunately then they go into denial like you said and they try to find a way to make it work in a way like casino didn't win fairly and they cheated, when in reality casinos do not need any cheating to make you lose anyway, they don't need to, that's the point.
