Privacy concerns persist with Bitcoin because it isn't a privacy coin. Bitcoin does not offer anonymity. We're seeing each other's addresses here. We can easily search how much money is in those addresses. We can check their transactions and the amounts involved, whether they're spent or not, and so on. They're linked to an account here, for example, or to an exchange account or to an email or to a social media account. With resources and technical knowledge, these information could be used to link to real-world identities.
You want privacy, at the very least use privacy coins like Monero.
