I am a BFG holder. I have about 10k+ BFG. A few days ago my mobile turned off automatically. I had google 2FA enabled on my Betfury account. After repairing the mobile, I see that everything has been deleted. I have not recorded my google 2fa private anywhere. Right now I can't access my Betfury account. I tried to contact the team many times but failed. I am currently requesting the team to remove google 2FA from my account. So that I can access my account.
Your only way to recover it is to contact their live support to request for your 2FA to be disabled. It's better if you undergo KYC before because you can just submit your ID again as proof for ownership.
But in case you didn't KYC before. I’m sure that casino has an IP record to your account which they can easily detect if the recent attempt on login of your account is from the original owner. This kind of issue can be recover but I think you will need to submit KYC since this issue is very crucial and sensitive. Betfury admin is not active here so don't waste your time here.
Anyway why do you leave your tokens on the casino? If it's staking purposes then just stake on DEX that offers BFG Staking.
