Manchester City are a very organized team, even without Haaland's contributions in a game they still have the quality to win games because other players will step up to the challenge and do the scoring. This point was proven against Real Madrid, Haaland was not able to convert the chances created but Bernardo Silva and Alvarez did.
That's what means a well organised team with substitutes players as good as the main ones. Manchester City invested a lot on players and waited for Guardiola to achieve something with the team although the previous failure.
The golden opportunity he has cannot be repeated easily and if Guardiola fails this time, I think he will not remain with the team for another season. I wonder know if he wins the title, he will continue with City or try to find a new challenge elsewhere.

No way that Guardiola would leave Manchester City if they don't win the Champions League final. First he has a contract until the end of the season in 2025. Second he wants to keep coaching Haaland and see him become the world's best or most successful soccer player. Why would Guardiola decide to leave the team that he has put so much effort and thought into? They are about to be the best Manchester City ever. I doubt that he would now make his future be dependent on the win of the final. Where would he even go next?
