Manchester City are a very organized team, even without Haaland's contributions in a game they still have the quality to win games because other players will step up to the challenge and do the scoring. This point was proven against Real Madrid, Haaland was not able to convert the chances created but Bernardo Silva and Alvarez did.
In way, your right. Manchester City have got a good team that can win the champions league twice over. Which makes you wonder why they haven't been winning. With the arrival of E. Haaland and his ginger towards the game/goal scoring, the chances for Manchester City has increased much.
I agree with the notion that, even without E. Haaland on the pitch, there are players to step up in the goal scoring but, with him on the pitch and not being able to make out goals like we had against Real Madrid yesterday, it doesn't mean his impact was lacking.
Of course him on the pitch creates a diversion for the likes of B. Silva, Alvarez and who ever ends up at the end of a pass to take the shot. Its hustle how these players function at times, as a diversion.
