Man City might slip up here due to their game against Real Madrid but with how big the roster of Man City is i think they can overcome Chelsea easily due to how bad Chelsea is. Chelsea has one of the worst seasons in last couple of years so im not expecting anything from them in this duel.
Manchester City's performance against Real Madrid was really something else and they reached the finale after that. They have improved their morale now so this should be enough to beat Chelsea without big difficulties. In this condition I don't think Chelsea can put up any good fight against Manchester City. Because they don't even have their permanent manager yet.
Chelsea have given up this season already and Manchester City can even destroy them by a big score in Etihad. This would be an important victory for them as well as they will be one step closer to declaring their league title.
