Chipmixer was known for fresh minted BTC in exchange for your BTC. But instead you got dirty BTC from past crimes. 
My guess was first that Chipmixer is a honey pot of a big institution or country to spy on its users.

Seems like one wake up after a long, long nap. I dont know what about this guy because im not so old here, but interesting to see posting again after 6 months.
