The user is not banned yet. Let me give you a little advice. If you find plagiarism, after making a post in this thread, report the copied post to the moderators along with a link to your report. I often see that moderators do not always enter this topic in time, and as a result, posts with reports are ignored.
Okay. Thank you for the advice. I just reported one of his posts and used my post link as a reference. Or should I report all of them? I am not regular at reporting plagiarism cases, so I am not familiar with how often moderators check this thread and take action. I am not actively looking for a plagiarism case either. It's like walking in the street and finding random shit in my walkway. One more question, Do Moderators take action against AI content writers? This same guy wrote AI Content too 
Yes, moderators can delete posts written by AI, just let them know.
You need to send links to all plagiarisms for them to be removed. If the forum is fighting plagiarism, then logically, it should be deleted everywhere.
