Bitcoin market is something no one can actually tell when it is best to buy or hold instead you buy when you have what it takes to and wait for the outcome. From my little experience I think every time is best to buy and hold Bitcoin all you need is Patience...
I don't think that any time is the best to buy, because for me the best time to buy Bitcoin is when it's going down in price or before the price recovery trend in the market happens to Bitcoin in particular. Because I think buying at the highest price like at $ 60K is not the best choice although it is also not wrong for those who buy to keep it for a long term. Because usually those who like to keep Bitcoin for a long time will not look at the price very often because what they want is Bitcoin, not the price.
