You can follow it if you are sure that the testimonials from the channel, in your opinion, are worth following. I suggest it has a high follower count on its free channel or check the accuracy of its previous predictions.
There are lots of scams on telegram that it won't be advisable to go to search for those groups yourself without having a guidelines from someone who's in the right group. You are right, currently scammers are around, they are doing various ways just to seek their own profit or even just looking for fun. Instead of looking for groups that will provide good signal info that they say are whales, I prefer to join groups that provide education and share experiences, whether it's an experience that makes them lose or vice versa. Searching for such groups is a waste of time. I've joined many groups with the frill of whale signals or something else, but in reality there's nothing I can get there.
