Well, that's true. But even they have this mandatory level 1 kyc, many gamblers still opted to comply and stay. I think now, it's not an issue anymore since the players learned to embrace it in order to continue playing on the platform.
At least the gambler are being informed at first that the site requires KYC and its up to them if they will continue or not. Honestly, I’m against on this before since they implemented the KYC without informing ahead but since the site is too good now, have no choice but to comply with level 1 KYC. Roobet is still doing great since they implement this one, looks like KYC are ok to many already.
