What Guardiola has done by building a formidable team with Manchester city, is same thing Ten Hag is trying to replicate at Manchester United.
I think all coaches will try to build their team as well as possible regardless of whether they want to imitate other coaches' style or not. Pep Guardiola is a coach who has been recognized for his prowess in coaching a club and building his squad and mentality, not only at Barcelona but he has proven that at Bayern Munich and Manchester City.
Ten Hag needed several seasons to bring success to Manchester United, certainly not this season, but he is starting to give the best competition in the standings this season. Manchester right now is not red, but blue thanks to Guardiola.
Before ever now his ability to coach other club was actually doubted by major football lovers but the man is just extraordinary when it comes to arranging of clubs and
players to their very best and he well proven his quality as a coach here in the English league and he is about to set the English record of the red half of Manchester by possibly winning a treble this season with his formidable team.
Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool should go back to the drawing board too.
Next season? Of course, that was obviously expected.

The three teams had a really poor season but notwithstanding Liverpool and arsenal can be justified for their season performance but Chelsea needs serious attention if possible restructuring the whole tactics and players of the club.
