What Chelsea need is a good coach that utilize their players in a better way not more players in additions to the ones they have. There no reports of Chelsea moving to sign Neymar into the team.
Chelsea of course really need a qualified tactician with high flying hours. Unfortunately they failed to find an agreement with Julian Nagelsman and Luis Enrique, even though I think these two coaches can be expected to bring more good atmosphere to Chelsea next season.
Mauricio Pochettino may be the front-runner for Chelsea's squad next season. He's good with his experience, but Mauricio Pochettino has yet to prove he is capable of winning as many titles for the teams he coaches. Tottenham was the last Premier League team he coached, he had some great seasons there but always struggled to win titles.
