I guess it is no longer an issue in this crypto gambling industry since few years back when most licensed casino has to follow the regulation/rules from the license.
I wouldn't say that it's no longer an issue since many gamblers including me are actively avoiding sites that enforce mandatory KYC.
Indeed I also admit that most gamblers avoid sites with mandatory KYC requirements.
But most also continue to play on several KYC mandatory sites with the compulsion to provide KYC because these sites do have a good reputation and also the trust and service are quite satisfactory.
Many gamblers say they have never played on a site that asked for KYC but we don't know how it actually happened whether the gambler actually avoided it or kept playing there.
Anonymity in crypto gambling is actually quite important to prioritize but if it really is needed then it is not a difficult problem to provide KYC.
At first I also didn't want to give KYC but because the site I used was very trustworthy and had a good reputation, I was forced to give it too with the aim of being able to play comfortably and calmly without worrying about always being sent messages to complete verification.
