If the email you used for the account is an active one already created then you're lucky, just insert the email address by clicking forgot password button, a password reset code will be sent to your email address and from there you could find the other procedures to login to your account easy, note that is does not apples to when your account is being hacked, there's a procedure for that on a different approach, lastly ensure you make use of the password character and numeric combination you could always remember and while logging in, ensure you tick the button that says "always logged in" to avoid inserting password everytime you're logging in.
