It doesn't need to be an NBA star; they need someone who can allow the organization to develop their game and who loves to play defense, unlike Russell, who isn't good at defense. Reaves is probably the most consistent player on the Lakers roster, aside from LeBron, as he can really contribute on a nightly basis
