I am having some real issues with my account and your support is not really helping me now for over 2 days :/
Any chance I can post my issue here with all screenshots?
I want to give it a fair and open try, also for the public, and really do not want to post something in social media or in "Scam Accusations", because I am 100% sure, we can solve this here really quick.

Have you tested out their support chatbox? If not then it would be the first thing to be done. They do usually reply within minutes.
