I am already since 2 days in the chat with the rollbit team, also with "Rollbit Razer"...but it seems we cant move on somehow :/
I also just send them this thread here via the livechat...and asked them if its okey to send the full conversation in screenshots here.
If it is okey for them, I will provide all info here before anywhere else and try to solve it
