Now my weekends look like the weekends of a student who skipped a lot, and now is trying to learn all the study material before the exam. Since I work on weekdays, I spend my weekends studying. The negotiation training, that's the training I'm actively taking right now. We very often negotiate in various ways in our lives and too often we leave the results of our negotiations to fate. We enter into negotiations either unprepared or underprepared. The process drives us and we are left with sub-optimal results. I decided to educate myself on this and get good results.
