i managed to complete turnover requirements and made withdrawal request 4 days ago, since i m free user it writes that withdrawal can take up to a week (dont ask why, i know its stupid rule as well

How can a casino be taking up to four days as I see from the picture upload the withdrawal was made on the 20th of may and still pending and I am made to understand from your post as well that it takes the casino 7days to process your payment. This is very dissappointing. It would not take them much time to sweet sugar coat members to make deposit for games but to withdraw will take processes and procedures so as to delay and find fault to penalize clients to stop their withdrawal.
This is not funny though but anyways you have said it yourself. We await your response in respect to the withdrawal.
