Once in a while I see "the internet" without Adblock Plus and without "image.animation_mode once", and I hate it with a passion. I'm okay with some ads and some animations, but it quickly gets overused.
It was overused in quantity and in the speed of animation too. Some animated avatars are cool, not annoying because of slow speed of animation.Like this one from Vod. If signatures from signature campaigns have animations like Vod's avatar, they are not too annoying.
