I'd say buy now and forget about the case of Ripple against the SEC. It will take years before a final decision is reached. But whatever happens to that case, I don't think it has so much effect to Bitcoin. That case has been ongoing for years now, it is not even newsworthy anymore.
i am completely diffrent opinion about that. sure i agree that bitcoin will not profit from the ripple case all too much, but still for the altcoins its possibly the biggest suitcase of all time that will decide over the future of all alts. cause if ripple looses, that would mean indirectly that ALL altcoins are securities. And Thta would be insanly damaging for the hole crypto space. And if ripple wins, altcoins are finally free. its like unleashing them, some journalists from btc-echo even call a win in this case "The accolade" for the crypto space.First they ignore you
then they laugh about you
then they try to fight you <--- This is where crypto is right now
and then you win !
And the expected victory is not a matter of years anymore. I think its a matter of just some weeks. And when it happens, memes like Shib, Pepe, Doge and XRP itself will be the biggest winners. I would say pepe could even skyrocket a +1000% cause its just living from hypes
