Is there a representative of blackjack.fun I can dm? I was asked for KYC when I tried to withdraw and I sent all the required documents. Now when I try to access the website, I only get this message :
''Your information has been successfully sent. Please wait while one of our admins verifies the data. We will reach out as soon as possible.''
It has been 7 days now. A bit concerning as I'm not allowed to access my account on the website, see my remaining balance or transactions/bets made, only this message appears. Usually when you are asked for KYC, you are still allowed to place bets and see your account activity, this is the first time I see this ever on a bookmaker.
The OP of this thread was active just a few days ago so it would not take much time before they see your post and do something about it, however while a seven day period of not accessing your account is definitely long, there are some gambling websites that take longer than usual in order to do those procedures, so if when they answer you they still indicate that everything is fine then your only option at the time will be to wait until they finish this process.
