From my experience as a business person, in buying and selling, I have discovered some helpful tips on how to increase profit. I an happy to share some in this forum.
Customer relation, a business person must understand that customer is king and should be treated like a royalty. Even it they are buying the least thing in your shop. When they leave your shop delighted, be assured that they will always come back to patronise you. And they will even market your products to their friends. Meaning more patronage for your business which will be increasing your profit.
It's true and we always listen to this advice when starting a business, that treating customers like kings is the best way to keep them coming back to our business. Although this connotation is now less practiced because people have tried to just flow in the business they are running and the convenience of shopping bonuses is a substitute for now.
Currently, both business actors and customers rarely pay attention to this connotation, perhaps talking about a culture that has shifted slightly, where equality between business actors and buyers is considered the same. On the other hand, business actors pay more attention to bonuses and promotions as an effort to make customers feel satisfied shopping at their place of business.
