It is up to $5 a month so it is not a fixed amount as you claim 1 cent only every 90minutes.
So you have to claim all time everyday in the whole month to collect $5, pretty sure no one will do it as it is wasting time.
Basically it can be called as faucet, but the amount is just too low IMO.
