He has a point. If the govs can't take bitcoin down, bitcoin will become even stronger. If they take it down easily, then don't get me wrong but, bitcoin never deserved to exist in the first place. Bitcoin is hard money, it is unstoppable hard money, cannot be confiscated. These shouldn't be just words. Bitcoin should prove its status. If the government of the US can't kill bitcoin, then it would mean that there is no entity that can. We keep saying that bitcoin is invincible, how about testing it?

Saylor is cheering for the gov to go after other cryptos, which is silly and shortsighted.

But in terms of gov being able or not to take Bitcoin down - in theory, they are not able to prevent people from transacting, but in practice, if they delagalised any trading and mining, Bitcoin would be as good as dead. The sad part is, we need at least one country to be Bitcoin-friendly for it to continue to exist. The good part is, it doesn't look like any of the developed, western countries actually intend to impose a complete ban. They would have done it long time ago if that was their intention.
