The forum is not Facebook or any other social media, I have searched for the dark mode option before on the forum in other to reduce the screen brightness which I did not see, I can't fine such option on the account settings.

And even if you use your browser to change the color/theme setting to dark mode it won't still reflect to the forum.. the forum color is default and I have seen it change.
